Bachelors of Arts in Biblical Studies

Building upon the Associate of Arts in Biblical Studies Degree, the purpose of the Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies Degree is to equip Spirit-anointed students with a thorough balance of biblical and general education for ministry and for graduate degree programs of their choice.

Upon completion of this degree program, the student should be able to: 

  1. Employ a biblical worldview based on a balance of Bible, theology, and general education; 

  2. Choose from a range of career or educational choices for which the degree will be fundamental; 

  3. Fill supportive or leadership roles in a variety of ministry settings; 

  4. Demonstrate an advanced knowledge and appreciation of the Bible as outlined in the objectives of the Biblical Studies Department; and

  5. Demonstrate an advanced knowledge and appreciation of general education as outlined in the objectives for the General Education Department. 

Students pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies Degree must complete the Associate of Arts Degree program and then go on to fulfill the required courses listed below.


Year 1 – Fall Semester
