JSBC’s students live in a traditional dorm-style building—designed to facilitate students growing in and out of the classroom.
Campus Housing
Welcome to your home away from home! It is the preference of JSBC that all students stay in the dormitories and engage in the full experience of attending college. Student housing provides an opportunity to associate with, and learn from, people of other communities and different backgrounds. We believe this may be one of the most enriching and memorable experiences of your life. Student housing is located in the Bluebonnet Towers located at 7410 Bluebonnet Boulevard and is adjacent to the Student Life Center.
Student Housing Placement Fee
A non-refundable fee of $200 will be required from each student moving into the dormitory. This fee will cover normal wear and tear and routine cleaning upon student move-out. If a student vacates student housing, an additional $200 fee will be required should the student request to move back into student housing.
Laundry
Students may use the coin-operated washing machines and dryers in the laundry rooms on the first floor of Bluebonnet Towers. Students are expected to do their own personal laundry. To avoid the loss of laundry items, be sure to remove laundry promptly from the laundry area.
